The expertise behind our services is led by Kayla Graham, BKin (Exercise Science). Graduating from the University of the Fraser Valley, Kayla brings a deep academic understanding of exercise science, complemented by over a decade of competitive soccer experience. This unique combination allows her to expertly address injury prevention, rehabilitation, and the enhancement of strength and mobility, providing you with evidence-based support throughout your recovery and performance journey.
