Our Foundations strength training group program is specifically designed for adults who are new to lifting or returning after a long hiatus. We provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment where you can learn the fundamentals of safe and effective
weight training at the gym for beginners. This class is your essential first step towards building balanced, functional strength and long-term resilience.

This class goes beyond a simple starter gym workout plan. We focus on developing the competence and confidence you need to sustain a long-term fitness journey.

Your Journey from
Beginner to Confident Lifter
Our Foundations program teaches you the core pillars of a solid basic weight training program using expert guidance from a Kinesiologist.

Execute core lifts (e.g., squats, deadlifts, presses) with confidence and precision.

Understand program structure (sets, reps, rest periods) so you can train independently.

Prevent common lifting errors and identify when an exercise needs modification.
